Oh Place Value! (Liz Curtis)

This activity was shared on Twitter by Liz Curtis (@lizontech). She created this activity using Google Slides as a way for students to be creative while demonstrating their understanding of base ten blocks. Great instructions included, along with an example.

Starting with their name is great, but the slides can be duplicated to your hearts content.

You can also swap names with sight words or content specific vocabulary. Or better yet, challenge your students to be creative and see what they can come up with. The only limit will be themselves!
